If you want to download a puzzle from this website to use with either of the solver programs then you should right-click on the puzzle link and use the 'save target as...' option to copy the puzzle onto your computer. You may find that if you open a puzzle on the website and try to download by saving from inside the Pdf reader that the solver is not able to read the puzzle.
